At the highest stakeholder level, we have significant experience leading the delivery and construction of large-scale energy infrastructure projects, working to the governance, assurance and project management standards expected by major FTSE-listed utilities and lenders. Leveraging recognised project management frameworks, including APM principles and best-practice contract management, we have overseen the transition from concept to operations across complex energy projects in the UK and Europe using full EPC, BoP and internal execution approaches. This combination of development and delivery expertise provides clients with end-to-end support from project inception through to successful commissioning and operation.
